13. Force Majeure

Serpify shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Serpify’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including “force majeure” events such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, pandemics, and government sanctions).

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, “Suggestions”) provided by you to Serpify with respect to the Platform shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Serpify.
